2004 Mardi Gras Pictures

Feufollet, featuring Anna Laura Edmiston, Chris Stafford and Chris Segura, performed during the first half of the show (the Red Stick Ramblers' Joshua Caffery is also shown on guitar). The other band was Jesse Legé and the Southern Ramblers. Jesse, who has one of the greatest voices in all of Cajun music, is currently living up in Connecticut, but he makes it back to Louisiana from time to time.

The other photos on this page show the Basile Mardi Gras, led by Potic Rider (seen in the third photo in the left column). The Mardi Gras performed their own Mardi Gras begging song, danced, stomped, begged, and pretty much took over the Liberty Theater.
